Varsity Mulching is a fast-growing seasonal home services company focused on delivering a premium, highly organized mulching experience each spring. As we scale, we’re looking for a Sales & Admin Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in converting inbound leads into booked jobs.
This role is primarily about answering the phone, guiding homeowners through their property, and closing sales.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound phone calls from homeowners requesting quotes or information
- Walk customers through their property using our measuring software and explain what you see
- Confidently convert inbound leads into booked jobs
- Route calls to the correct team member when needed
- Provide clear, professional customer service and follow-up
- Accurately log notes, outcomes, and customer details in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
- Comfort spending much of the day on the phone
- Ability to clearly explain visual/property information to homeowners
- General familiarity with landscaping terminology (mulch, edging, beds, shrubs, etc.) is a plus
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Role Details

Location: Fully remote (preferred if you can work from our office in Furlong, PA)

Offseason: Very light workload

Compensation: Salaried + commission (commission tied directly to booked revenue)

Schedule: Flexible, with heavier hours during peak season

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
